Business directory shows Watts & Co as a drugstore in 1903-04-05 at 111 S. Central.  I don't have any info on the 211 Central address.  By the way, Larry has offered to try to identify one maverick per collector per month.  Post a picture and try to stump him...he's pretty good.  His references are mostly Kansas, so try to post mavericks that are likely from this state.
